Last year, our message was “Round Table Welcomes You.” It spoke to the warmth of our movement: wherever you come from, you can walk into a Table and find brothers ready to welcome you.

Once we are welcomed, we belong. This year, our task is to make sure that every Tabler has the opportunity to thrive.

The purpose of the international board is to serve the brothers who bring Round Table to life in their communities. We are here to listen to what they need, plan for the future, and put useful tools and support in their hands. We want every Tabler to be able to make the most of this movement: to grow as a person, be there for his family and friends, serve his community, and strengthen his Table.

We must also look beyond our own year in office. The decisions we make today should open doors for the next generation of Tablers, just as others opened doors for us.

Round Table welcomed us. Now, together, let us make it a place where every brother can belong and thrive.
